Medical Image Classification and Segmentation

A body of work applying deep learning to medical imaging across several modalities: COVID-19 classification from chest X-rays, segmentation of breast ultrasound images, brain-tumour classification, MRI analysis, and melanoma classification.

The melanoma strand became my MSc thesis at Manchester Metropolitan University, Hair Impact Analysis on Melanoma Classification Confidence in the ISIC Image Dataset.
